As movement experts, we are here to help you recover from and prevent future injuries that lead to functional limitations. We prescribe individualized treatment plans that may include techniques such as therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, dry needling, and more. Our sessions are one-on-one,  which allows us to focus on your needs and provide the best quality of care possible.
