All sales are final unless items are misprinted/damaged/defective. Claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Please be sure to include photos with your claim.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the print facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the print facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - Contact us before returning any products to the print facility. We do not refund orders if you change your mind. If you need to exchange sizes, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.
